The length of a bond clean depends on both the size and condition of your property, a 3 bed, 2 bath property can take any where from 8 to 12 labour hours to get the property to a realestate standard.
What happens if the inspections fails ?
Realestate inspections are know to be strict and although we strive to avoid it one missed smudge can mean your inspection fails. To avoid this problem we offer a bond back guarantee which means we will return to the property free of charge until the issue is rectified.
When do you need the deposit ?
A $50 deposit is required to lock in your booking date and time. Once you're happy with your quote, you'll pay the deposit online to secure your spot — the remaining balance isn't due until after the clean is complete and you're satisfied with the result.
What areas do you service ?
We service all of the Goldcoast so as far north as Beenleigh and as far south as Tweed Heads.
What does your cleaning process actually involve?
We work through every property using a detailed checklist built around what agents actually inspect — kitchens, bathrooms, skirting boards, tracks, and everything in between. Nothing's rushed or skipped; if it's on our list, it gets done properly.
How do you work out my price?
The quoted price for your bond clean is based on the amount of labour hours it should take to get your property to a realestate approved standard. Factors such as property size, condition and optional extras you choose can all effect the final quoted price.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Most of our customers aren't home — as long as we've got access (keys, a lockbox code, or an agent handover), we'll take care of everything and lock up when we're done.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, we bring everything needed to get the job done properly — you don't need to supply anything.
