Question 1: How long does a bond clean take ?
The length of a bond clean depends on both the size and condition of your property, a 3 bed, 2 bath property can take any where from 8 to 12 labour hours to get the property to a realestate standard.
Question 2: What happens if the inspections fails ?
Realestate inspections are know to be strict and although we strive to avoid it one missed smudge can mean your inspection fails. To avoid this problem we offer a bond back guarantee which means we will return to the property free of charge until the issue is rectified.
Question 3: When do you need the deposit ?
A $50 deposit is required to lock in your booking date and time. Once you're happy with your quote, you'll pay the deposit online to secure your spot — the remaining balance isn't due until after the clean is complete and you're satisfied with the result.
